The brief:
The agency I work for was ready to enter a new phase in its history and update its website to reflect the change. The goal was to create a website that attracts new clients, showcases the team’s work, and tells our story and commitment to the community.
The solution:
I interviewed team members to get a sense of where the company was and where they wanted to see it in the next 5, 10 years. It’s essential to know the company’s goals to craft a site that helps the company succeed. I created user stories and flows to understand how potential clients would interact and navigate the site. The end product is a website that showcases the company’s work and experience, and most importantly, makes new clients reaching out to us a more straightforward process.
